Oliver Pederson

Operations Manager

He brings two decades of experience in the drilling industry to his role as Operations Manager at Cascade’s Ocala, Florida office. With a background that spans field operations, team leadership, and project oversight, Oliver plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and success of drilling projects throughout the region.

Dan Spencer

VP of Operations, ADT

In his role, he oversees environmental and geotechnical drilling projects in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Dan has worked in many capacities over his years with Cascade, including as a program manager, regional fleet and maintenance manager, a sr. project manager, and director of analytics. His experience allows him to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiencies that can lower his clients’ costs and improve their project outcomes.

Pete Larsen

Senior VP of Operations

He’s been in the drilling industry for more than 25 years, and is experienced with both environmental and geotechnical drilling. Pete has worked on projects involving everything from military bases and Superfund sites to major seaports and tunnel projects in the public right of way.
