Project Highlight: Remediating a Former Industrial Cleaning Site

This site was acquired from an owner who previously used the property for industrial dry cleaning contaminating subgrade soils with perchloroethylene and trichloroethylene. Cascade crews were contracted to perform in situ soil remediation including excavation, backfilling and site restoration. 

• The project discovered hazardous materials exceeding regulatory treatment standards in overburden soil. 
• The project successfully treated and stabilized the soils meeting full regulatory compliance.
