As the year draws to a close, we find ourselves in a season of reflection and anticipation. It's a time to  celebrate achievements, acknowledge challenges, and set our sights on new horizons.

At Cascade, we are grateful for your trust and partnership as we continually face new challenges in environmental services that push us towards innovation and resiliency.

This year, we've witnessed significant developments in environmental engineering and consulting. Challenges like PFAS characterization and remediation, the rise in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concerns, regulatory changes, and the increasing demand for cost efficiency and reliable results have shaped our industry. Your dedication to these issues inspires us, and we are committed to partnering with you to enhance resiliency and pursue goals like sustainable remediation.

In 2023, our team has worked diligently to execute over 3,000 projects, emphasizing safety and client satisfaction. We have expanded our capabilities and expertise, welcoming over 200 new team members. Our focus on cross-service collaboration and technical excellence has enabled us to provide industry-leading services, from drilling to site characterization, environmental construction, and thermal remediation.

Looking ahead to 2024, we are excited about the prospects of continued growth and innovation.  Five projects imagined and engineered by our employees will come to fruition in the coming months.  Each uniquely designed to meet your needs while improving the way we do business.  Our new mission and vision, underpinned by our core values of safety, sustainable growth, excellence, and collaboration, will guide us in our endeavors.

On a personal note, this year has been rich with celebrations, including family milestones like my daughter's wedding and the birth of my first grandchild.  These events remind us of the importance of balancing professional commitments with the joys of family life.

As we bid farewell to 2023, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your partnership and trust in Cascade. Your engagement and feedback fuel our commitment to excellence and innovation. We look forward to facing the challenges and seizing the opportunities of the new year together.
