Zachary Lane
Field Supervisor
Zachary Lane has been a respected member of the Cascade team since 2020, bringing more than 20 years of drilling experience and leadership to every site he supports. As a Field Supervisor, Zachary is known for leading by example—prioritizing safety, mentoring his crews, and keeping projects on track through clear communication with clients and team members alike.
He specializes in core drilling and mud rotary techniques and holds an Arizona Water Well License, Class A CDL, and certifications in OSHA, MSHA, First Aid, and CPR. Zachary’s extensive equipment knowledge and field experience make him a trusted resource, especially on complex jobs for major clients across the region.
Throughout his time with Cascade, he has progressed from Driller to Senior Driller to his current leadership role, training new team members and helping several rise through the ranks. His steady guidance and high standards reflect his commitment to excellence.
Zachary’s dedication in the field is matched by the pride he takes in supporting his family and raising livestock on their ranch—where, much like at Cascade, teamwork and care are central to everything he does.
