Will McAllister
VP, Operations
Will McAllister is the VP, Operations at Cascade and is managing the entire country for Cascade Remediation Services. In his role, he builds and oversees field and management teams, manages health and safety compliance, and works with clients to ensure their projects go smoothly from start to finish.
Will started his environmental career as a field technician more than 25 years ago, and worked his way up to probe operator, high resolution site characterization (HRSC) specialist, and operations manager before accepting his current role. His hands on experience in the field means he understands the potential challenges that can arise—as well as how to avoid or mitigate issues through careful planning. Will provides this expertise to his clients to assist them in assessing the scope of work, project costs, and opportunities for optimizing for their budget or timeline.
