Shawn Cain
Vice President, Operations
Shawn Cain is the Vice President of Operations at Cascade for the Deserts States region. In his role, he oversees environmental and geotechnical drilling projects, ensuring everything goes smoothly. Shawn understands the challenges that can occur on site or with project coordination and how to avoid those obstacles. Starting as a driller assistant in 1996, Shawn made his way up through the ranks as a sonic driller, project manager, and operations manager before being appointed to his current position.
Shawn manages nearly 100 employees and a versatile fleet of drilling equipment across Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, and Nevada. He maintains multiple well driller licenses and memberships in several groundwater and water well associations. His continued industry participation keeps him up to date on evolving standards and industry trends. Shawn works closely with our crews and clients to ensure work is completed safely, on-time, and on-budget.
