With nearly four decades in the environmental industry, Jeffrey Marchesi brings a wealth of experience and leadership to his role as Senior Driller and Construction Superintendent. Since joining Cascade in 2016, he has become a go-to resource for technical expertise, mentorship, and steady field management.

Jeffrey’s drilling background spans auger, air and mud rotary, rock coring, geoprobe, and a wide range of remediation technologies. In addition to holding a B.A. in Geology, he maintains multiple state drilling licenses and certifications, including NGWA certification, CDL Class A, and numerous OSHA and site-specific safety credentials.

Over the course of his career, he has worked on Superfund sites, military installations, oil refineries, and large-scale remediation projects along the East Coast. At Cascade, he plays a vital role in mentoring newly licensed drillers and sharing advanced drilling techniques to elevate team performance.

Off the job, Jeffrey is an avid offshore fisherman, licensed USCG captain, and dedicated family man who enjoys traveling, sports, and exploring warm coastlines around the world.
