Field Supervisor
James is a highly experienced driller with licenses in six states (Kentucky, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Missouri, and Arkansas) and certification from the National Groundwater Association. With close to three decades of expertise in the field, he has made significant contributions to Cascade’s high-profile projects. James is widely respected as a mentor to both new and experienced drillers, and his leadership skills and technical knowledge have been instrumental to the company's success.
He is adept in various drilling technologies, including sonic, HQ coring, air rotary, and mud rotary for environmental and geotechnical applications. He has continued his education to include project management fundamentals and is in the process of expanding his drilling licenses to include Illinois, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
