Bobby Foley
Director, Operations, Civil and Environmental Construction
Bobby Foley is the Director of Operations for Cascade’s Civil and Environmental Construction service line. In this role, he leads his team of operations managers, project managers and field crews to ensure every project is completed on time and on budget.
Bobby started his career in environmental services 34 years ago, and has extensive experience in demolition, wetland restoration, landfill repairs, excavation, T&D, and backfill projects. His long industry tenure means he understands the potential obstacles that can arise on these projects, and has the knowledge and experience to mitigate them. Clients and crews alike know Bobby’s highest priority is safety, and rely on his regular communication to keep projects moving forward smoothly, safely, and achieving site goals.
